The FAST Lab is currently seeking family caregivers of persons with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias to participate in a 6-month exercise study. Caregivers in this study will receive free gym memberships to their local YMCA and be matched with a motivational fitness coach for support in becoming more physically active.
